Students may register as a user and search available
programs at no cost. Application deadlines are very rigid.
We suggest you complete your application as soon as possible.
All tuition and fee payments are made directly to the
university you have selected to attend. Once you
have been notified of acceptance, you will
receive information about how to complete
your payment to the university. Please
review the tuition and fee section of the university
profile to view information about individual program
costs. Click here to search available programs.
Should you decide to cancel after you have made a
tuition and fees payment, any refunds will be handled
per the policy of the specific university.


Please Note: GEMS cannot guarantee acceptance at any of our
university partners. GEMS can assist you with the application
process, but even with our assistance, there is no guarantee that
your application for admission for short-term study will be accepted.
All admission decisions are at the sole discretion of our university
partners.

GEMS cannot guarantee that even with acceptance to a Global Study
Abroad program that your visa application will be successful. If you
have any questions regarding the visa application process, please let
us know. If you are denied a visa, contact us and we can assist you
with processing a second visa application.
